Recordings can be searched by contact name, phone number, or notes attached. The application offers three default settings for automatic recording:

1. Record everything (default) – captures all calls except those explicitly pre-selected to be ignored.
2. Ignore everything – records no calls aside from those pre-selected to be recorded.
3. Ignore contacts – records all calls from non-contacts unless otherwise specified.
